RW Huntley Home Inspection, LLC. uses a variety of inspection report products to assist in understanding the condition of your home.

Our primary product is a 20-page narrative report describing and identifying any defective home systems or components. We also bring your attention to many "heads-up" items you might be interested to know (usually labeled in the report as "FYI"). Our favorite part of the report are pages of digital photos of the defective items and/or items of interest for your records. Before we leave the house, join us for a photo review of what was found to ensure your best possible understanding. Both the narrative and photographic parts of the report are sent to you the same day as the inspection.

Included with every inspection is a Home Systems Guide published by "Mr. Fix-It. Inc." This comprehensive home owners manual includes a 128-page, chapter-by-chapter description of all home systems and components. These chapters on electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. include hundreds of illustrations to make understanding ownership, maintenance and repair of your new Virginia home easy for anyone to understand.
