RW Huntley Home Inspection, LLC offers a variety of inspection report products.  Our primary product is a computer-generated narrative report identifying any defective home systems or components, as well as many heads-up items a new home owner might be interested to know (usually labeled in the report as "FYI").  The report is sent to you by e-mail along with digital photos of the defective items and/or items of interest for your records.

Included is a Home Systems Guide published by "Mr. Fix-It. Inc."  This comprehensive home owners manual includes a 128-page, chapter-by-chapter description of all home systems and components.  These chapters on electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. include hundreds of illustrations to make understanding ownership, maintenance and repair of your new Virginia home easy for anyone to understand.
